2.Main Materials.

The industry has very strict requirement on the selection of material, and the mainstream products focus on the application of high-performance synthetic fiber. The high strength polyester is the most widely used material in the current market. It has very good performance in strength, anti-light and tensile elongation, and the surface of bridge will not deform in the long-term use. The nylon strap is a more exquisite product. Compared with the polyester strap, it has better abrasion resistance, strength and smoothness, which can provide the children with the most protection and the most comfortable feeling, but the manufacturing cost will be higher. While the polypropylene is an economical material, it has obvious shortage in durability, and more seriously, it has obvious defect in aging resistance. It will be brittle in the case of light exposure, and therefore, the reputable manufacturer will not use it in the key load-bearing component to avoid the technical and long-term quality risk.
3. Application.
The ribbon form of woven strap has certain advantages in structure. Whether it is used to construct the bridge or path, it can compose a continuous and level plane with little gap. - The joint strength of the sewn connection points between straps is even more important. They must be sewn with high-strength industrial thread and reinforced stitching patterns. The breaking strength of the joint point shall not be lower than that of the strap.
- When installing, the straps must be stretched to a pre-tensioned force. This ensures that the structure is strong and has proper elasticity.
