2.After-sales service and warranty
Our outdoor amusement products have a one-year warranty. Repairs due to product quality issues are free of charge; repairs outside the warranty period are subject to a fee. The warranty period is based on the date of manufacture.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Natural wear and tear, discoloration, surface corrosion, minor cracking or deformation of wood materials;
- Operation not in accordance with the product manual, abnormal use, or damage;
- Assembly, mounting, or installation methods that violate our company's instructions;
- Installation in an environment deemed inappropriate by our company (such as underwater or within 500 meters of the coast);
- Failure to perform product inspection and maintenance in accordance with relevant requirements;
- Connection with other equipment not authorized by our company without our permission;
- Damage caused by force majeure (such as floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.);
- Repair or modification of the product without our permission.
During the warranty period, our company will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair defective parts. The validity period of the replaced or repaired parts is the same as the original warranty period.
3.Inspection and Maintenance
Users should establish a management, inspection, and maintenance system, including daily inspections, operational inspections, and annual inspection requirements. If equipment damage or unsafe conditions are discovered during inspections, the user should promptly address them. If the damage cannot be corrected, the equipment should be immediately discontinued and warning signs should be placed in a conspicuous location within the facility. Maintenance and repairs should be performed as instructed by the manufacturer and distributor.
- Daily inspections primarily check for external structural damage, looseness, severe wear, sharp objects, and the integrity of safety clearances.
- Operational inspections should be conducted every 1-3 months, primarily to verify the proper operation of moving parts and the functionality of functional components.
- In addition to daily and operational inspections, annual inspections should also include checks for material corrosion and aging, wear on moving parts, and the foundation structure.
4.Spray-coated Steel Parts
Repair electrostatically sprayed steel parts using our matching automotive paint or auto-spray paint. The ambient temperature should be no less than +10°C during repair, and avoid direct sunlight.
Repair procedures are as follows:
- Inspect the surface of the steel part and sand with sandpaper of appropriate specifications to remove rust from the damaged surface and roughen the damaged paint edges.
- Clean the sanded surface with alcohol.
- After the alcohol evaporates and dries, apply the automotive paint using a spray or brush.
- Allow the touch-up paint to cure before use.
5.Plastic Materials
Minor scratches on plastic surfaces do not require special repair. Surface dirt can be removed with a damp towel (if difficult to remove, soak it in water and then use a brush). If necessary, scrub with a neutral detergent.
6.Painted Wood
When repairing, the ambient temperature should be no less than +10°C, and avoid direct sunlight.
- Sand the damaged area to remove loose paint film.
- Clean the damaged area with a semi-damp towel before painting.
- Allow the damaged area to dry (moisture content less than 15%) before applying primer.
- Allow the primer to dry completely (12-24 hours at 20°C with moderate humidity) before applying topcoat.
- After touch-up, allow the paint to cure (12-24 hours at 20°C with moderate humidity) before use.
