Welcome to our Trampoline Park! In order to guarantee your safety and enjoyment, please read and understand the following safety regulations before entering the park. 1. General Rules.
Waiver: All participants (or participants’ legal guardian) must sign a Liability Waiver and Agreement prior to purchasing a ticket and entering the park.
Minors: All participants under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
Health Restrictions: Anyone with a heart condition, high blood pressure, asthma, osteoporosis, pregnant women, anyone who has had recent surgery, or anyone under the influence of alcohol are prohibited from participating in any trampoline activities.
Age & Supervision: This park is open to healthy individuals aged 3 to 45. Children under the age of 7 must be closely supervised by an adult (one-to-one) at all times.
Required Attire: Professional non-slip grip socks must be worn by all participants. Please wear comfortable athletic clothes. Remove all sharp or hard objects such as jewelry, watches, keys, mobile phones, glasses, etc. Remove all items from your pockets before jumping.
Warm-Up: It is mandatory to do full body warm-up for joints and muscles before entering the trampoline area to avoid injuries.
General Conduct: No running, chasing, pushing, wrestling or any other rough play. At all times, be aware of where you are going and other jumpers around you. Also be aware of small children around you who may collide into you.
Prohibited Items: No food or drinks in any trampoline areas. No chewing gum.
Follow Staff Instructions: You must follow the specific rules of each area and follow the instructions of our park staff at all times.
2.Free Jump Area
One Person Per Trampoline: Only one person is allowed on each trampoline square at a time.
Safe Distance: You should keep a safe distance from other jumpers to avoid colliding with them.
Jump According to Your Abilities: Do not try any flips or other behaviors according to your abilities. High-difficult skills should only be tried under the guidance of a professional coach.
Land on Two Feet or on Your Seat: Always try to land on two feet or on your seat. If you feel that you are going to lose your balance, do not use your hands to break your fall as it may cause wrist injuries.
No Jumping on Pads: The padded walkways around trampolines are for walking on. You are not allowed to stand still or jump on the pads.
3.Slam Dunk Zone
Take Turns: Please line up and take turns. Only one person is allowed on each trampoline lane.
Do Not Hang on the Rim: After you dunk, you should let go of the rim immediately. You are not allowed to hang on the rim as it may damage the equipment and cause injuries.
Stay in Your Lane: You are not allowed to jump between adjacent trampoline lanes.
4.Foam Pit
Look Before You Leap: You should always look to make sure that there is not other people in the foam pit before jumping in.
Safe Entry Only: Never dive or do flips into the foam pit. Land on feet, seat, back. Never land head first or on stomach.
Exit Quickly: Get out of the foam pit quickly so that you do not get landed on by other little ones.
No Burying: Do not climb into the foam cubes and bury yourself or someone else. Do not throw foam cubes out of the pit.
5. Performance Trampoline Area High Risk Zone
These trampolines have a much higher bounce. This area is for advanced jumpers only. Advanced skills may only be attempted under the supervision of a professional coach.
1 Person at a time Strictly 1 person on each performance trampoline.
Stay on Trampoline Do not jump from or land on the surrounding pads.
6. Climbing Wall
Before you begin to climb, and before you let go of your starting hold, make sure that someone is not in the foam pit below.
Keep Your Distance Only 1 person may be in each vertical climbing lane at a time.
Climb Within Your Ability Do not try to climb areas that you are not yet capable of reaching. Practice on the low foam wall to develop your skills.
Exit Quickly Once you have safely landed in the foam pit, please exit this area quickly.
7. Dodgeball Court Rules:
Games may have a maximum of 6-8 players on each team. The purpose of the game is to eliminate all players from the other team.
A player is OUT if: ① They are hit by a ball thrown by a player on the other team (hits to the head do not count). ② A player on the other team catches a ball thrown by a player on their team. ③ They step over the center line into the court of the other team. ④ They hold a ball for longer than 10 seconds. 3. The referee’s decision is final.
Safety Rules: NO HEADSHOTS: Intentionally throwing at your opponent’s head or neck is strictly prohibited. If you are out, please raise your hands to protect your head and exit the area quickly along the edge of the court.
8.Adventure / Ninja Warrior Course:
This area may only be used when there is a staff member present and they have given instructions to the group.
Safety Gear: You must wear all required safety equipment (such as harness, helmet) correctly as instructed by staff. You must also wear your safety line correctly attached to your harness as instructed by staff. Only after meeting all of these requirements may you begin to explore the course.
1 Person at a Time Only 1 person may be on each obstacle at a time. Do not tailgate, push, or crowd others on an obstacle or mat as you wait your turn. Know Your Limits This course is physically demanding. Do not attempt any obstacles that are beyond your physical ability. Parents, do not lift your children up to an obstacle that you cannot reach standing on the ground. Safe Landing When attempting any of the grip obstacles, be prepared to fall. If you do fall, land on your feet in the foam pit or on the matting and protect your head.
9. Giant Slide (Devil's Slide).
Staff Supervision & Training: You may only use this attraction under the supervision of a staff member after you have been shown the correct sliding posture.
Wear Protective Gear: You must wear the protective suit and helmet supplied.
Height Restrictions: Under 1.2m in height, no usage Under 1.4m in height must be accompanied by an adult.
Correct Posture: You must slide down feet-first in a lying position on your back. You must not slide head-first on your stomach or stand up.
No Jumping: You must not jump from the top of the platform at the start of the slide.
