This water play requires strict requirements for material and craftsmanship to ensure its long-term outdoor use in high humidity and chlorinated water environment.
The main structure of equipment is galvanized steel pipe. Galvanization gives the steel good anti-corrosion performance. It can resist moisture and chemical erosion, which guarantees the structure of the splash pad equipment and the service time. After equipment fabrication, the equipment pipe outer surface adopts industrial electrostatic powder coating process or professional outdoor baking paint film finish process. In addition to giving the bright and lasting rainbow colors, this coating process also gives the equipment a second layer of protection. It improves the resistance of UV radiation and physical abrasion.

3. Relevant Standards and Design Requirements.
As public water amusement equipment, the safety of Sprinkler Tunnel is always the first thing we should consider in its structure and use.
First, in terms of structural safety, the flange at the bottom of the Water Spray Rings should be fixed to the embedded part in the ground foundation, and the equipment must be stable in all cases. Second, all objects on the equipment shall be smooth and flat, with no sharp edges, and all weld joints must be polished to be smooth; Nozzles shall be recessed or rounded to avoid injuring people.
On the basis of operational safety, low pressure is an important guarantee for gentleness of water jets, and the ground surface in the range of equipment installation shall be paved with professional non-slip floor paving (EPDM rubber surfacing). To avoid fall accidents due to wet ground.
Operator should install signboard indicating safety instructions and how to interact with water jets nearby, and explicitly prohibit people from climbing on the equipment (No Climbing).
Ensure water quality: All spray water should be treated by the water circulation, filtration and sanitation system of the venue and meet the relevant national public health standards for water quality.
