The Ninja Warrior Course or Ninja Space is an extremely popular and difficult comprehensive physical development area in indoor trampoline park. It’s designed based on the international famous sports entertainment challenge shows all over the world. Totally test the participant’s upper body strength, core stability, balance, coordination and comprehensive athletic ability in the whole course by completing a series of connected obstacles. The whole project of Ninja Warrior is not just a single piece of equipment, but an integrated and modular course system, which can offer participant an exciting level-clearing type athletic experience. 1.Main Structure Components.
A successful and professional Ninja Warrior course should be based on the accurate material specification and solid structure design. The whole skeleton frame of the whole project is designed with the aluminum alloy truss structure. The whole structure not only has ideal load-bearing capacity and stability, but also can meet the modular suspended and flexible installation of the different obstacle elements. The structure steel material of the whole frame and different supports of the project is the galvanized steel tube. The galvanization of the steel tubes can avoid the iron oxidation in different environment and extend the service period of the product. Finally, the whole hard edge and post of the whole equipment is fully covered by the safety padding. The safety padding of the whole equipment is filled with the high density EPE foam with the thickness of 7cm and covered by the PVC fabric with the thickness of 0.46mm, which can absorb the impact.
2.Analysis of Functional Obstacle Module.
The functional area of the Ninja Course is formed with a few separated challenge modules. The design and material of the module can directly decide the training target and effect of the whole equipment and participant’s experience during the challenge.
Stepping Discs.
The stepping discs are designed to train participant’s lower body strength, sense of balance and precision of step. To create a dynamically unstable challenge, the stepping discs are designed with the high strength PE board and the surface friction is also enough. The disc is suspended by the single strand steel wire rope from the main frame.
Monkey Bars.
The monkey bars are directly tested on the upper body and arm strength. The bars are made with 32mm galvanized circular tube, which is the common size for one’s grip. The monkey bars are connected and suspended by the 8mm stainless steel chain. The chain can guarantee the safety and load capacity of the equipment.
Walking Bridge.
The walking bridge is designed to train the participant’s body coordination and supplementary arm strength. The main handrails or balance part of the balance sticks are made with 48mm galvanized circular tube. The balance sticks are suspended by the single strand steel wire rope. The rope is used to be the stabilizing part or traversal part to test the user’s balance ability when walking on the balance stick.
Hanging Rings.
The hanging rings are the classic equipment to train the upper body and arm strength. The rings are made with the high strength injection mold PP (Polypropylene) and the surface is usually designed with the anti-slip groove. The rings are suspended by the 8mm stainless steel chain. The chain can guarantee the safety and bearing of the equipment even under the high intensity use.
Inclined Climbing Net.
This is an all-in-one type of obstacle that trains the arm strength and core muscle strength. The outside of the net is welded with galvanized tubes for the inclined climbing, and the net is woven with high resistance nylon rope, and the wear resistance and carrying capacity of the nylon rope used are several times that of ordinary ropes.
3. Safety Regulations.
In order to better enjoy the fun and safety of the challenge, we have set up safety regulations for your reference. Please abide by them consciously.The course can only be used when the staff members are on duty and guiding. Before entering the area, you must wear all required safety equipment (such as harness, helmet, etc.) according to the staff's instructions and connect the safety rope correctly. Order must be kept when facing the challenge. At any time, only one person is allowed on one obstacle. Do not crowd, push or tailgate. Considering the extremely high degree of challenge, you can choose the obstacles according to the actual situation and try your best to be careful. It is strictly prohibited for parents to pick up their children and carry them up on the obstacles that cannot be reached so as to avoid accidents. When trying the obstacles that require grip, if you cannot avoid falling due to the effort, you should try your best to land on your feet and at the same time protect your head to get the safest fall.
